Born: 7/28/1933 Died: 11/15/2012 Mrs. Betty A. Healey, age 79, of Newark, DE, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012. Born in Scranton, PA, on July 28, 1933, Betty was the daughter of the late Anthony Kolojeski and Anna Thomas Kolojeski. She retired from the State of Delaware after 20 years of service. Betty was a longtime member of the Newark Senior Center, where she loved to line dance and play shuffleboard. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John N. Healey, her daughter, Karen L. Moody, and her brother, James Kolojeski. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Nazdrowicz and her husband Hank; her son, David Healey and his wife Sarah; her sisters, Ruth Janeski and Geraldine Zurek; and grandchildren, Nathan, Brett, David, Michael, Meghan, Joanna, Evan, Christine, Kaitlyn, Jonni, and Shannon. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:30 am on Monday, November 19th, at Resurrection R.C. Church, 3000 Videre Drive, Wilmington, DE, 19808, where visitation will begin at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to be Resurrection R.C. Church at the address above.
